CalgaryWalks #YYC Summer Bucket List
Flowers are blooming, patios are open, and the last traces of snow have finally disappeared; it’s safe to say we survived the ice age. More often than not we toy with ideas that would make-up the perfect summer, but before you know it the warmth has come and gone and you didn’t get to do everything you wanted.
Well, we’re not going to let that happen this year! To make things easier, we’ve compiled a pretty awesome bucket list of stuff to do in and around Calgary; now all you have to do is start checking things off!
Hit up a Music Festival: Sled Island is always a blast, and this year’s lineup boasts names like Neko Case, St. Vincent, Joel Plaskett, Dan Deacon and over 200 more artists. If modern rock is more your scene Xfest is another great option. The entire lineup hasn’t been released yet but Jack arctic, Tegan and Sara, Death Cab, Foster the People and Serena Ryder are among some of the bands who will take the stage.
