CalgaryWalks on TV!

Winter 2013

Greetings all and welcome to our Calgary Walks’ blog on this cold and blustery winter day. [ed note: this was originally written on a cold and blustery winter day last week]

January was very exciting as we have been working with Tourism Calgary to provide a Tour of Inglewood for a European television crew that travelled to a number of Tourism Alberta sites around the province and filmed the sites in preparation for 2, twenty-five minute television productions that will be aired on European television sometime this year. Joanne and Scott had a lot of fun play-acting their roles with the “actors” and we would like to thank the folks at Tourism Calgary for including us in this event.

The added bonus for Calgary Walks is that we have now developed a Tour itinerary for Inglewood and we look forward to launching the Inglewood tours this spring.
