CalgaryWalks is Global

(August 23, 2012)

CalgaryWalks is now global. By that we mean that we have been fortunate enough to have shown our beautiful city to new friends from all over the globe. The team finally took a moment last week to go through all of our tours to date, and try to remember where everyone has told us that they are from. This was a pretty fun exercise, and led to the creation of a new feature here on our site, which of course is a google map of all of the places from which our guests hail. You can check that out here.

We are certain that we have forgotten one or two places, so if you’ve been on a tour and your place of origin isn’t on the map, just let us know and we will add you!

Of course it is worth mentioning that we aren’t putting up names or pictures on each of the pins on the map, so you don’t have to worry about that.
